Free parking was spacious and convenient. The tram stop nearby made exploring super easy. Really enjoyed the balcony view, even if it was chilly.

Check-in: Fast and prompt, gentleman on reception was helpful and very friendly.
In bathroom area found some hairs, also they don't provide any hairdryers.

Upon arrival, the reception staff were unwelcoming. The breakfast was inconsistent. While one day was acceptable, the rest suffered from poor quality and a lack of variety. To top it off, the coffee, while available throughout the day, desperately needed improvement in taste and freshness.

During our stay at the Antwerp Harbour Hotel the Hotel was renovating. We've got one of the new renovated rooms, and they were beautiful. Basic furniture, a good quality bed, perfect bathroom. Staff was helpfull, internet was good, breakfast was basic, but also good. Clean rooms.
Since the hotel was renovating at the moment we were staying over there, of course not everything was according to it's standards. So I don't think it's honest to tell something negative about that. But the things we've experienced were pretty good. Nothing to complain. Only thing for I would advice them for improvement was putting up a better sign to the entrance of the hotel. Now we had to go towards the gasstation and walk alongside a fence towards the entrance which was hidden behind a workingarea. They could help the customer perhaps a little better by showing the way to the entrance and making the hotel a bit more visible from outside

- See below - overriding issue
Your unfindable location ruined my entire trip. I missed my essen beer festival, because it took over 3 hours to find the hotel. So, the whole weekend trip from England was ruined, and I did not attend the beer festival that I had come over for. Do something about a big sign outside, and warn! People how difficult it is to find, and give explicit instructions how tro find it from the Antwerp ring!??!

shower had never been used!
*the first set of keys took us to a room with no door, no wall and no furniture - it was open to the outside! *half the rooms were not finished or built! *our room wasn't finished and we paid full price to stay there *not much food at breakfast *ugly building *not many staff about * not enough heating - cold room

Quick access to the tram makes the city center reachable in no time, and the breakfast selection was awesome with its variety. The mattress in the room was too soft for comfort, and the overall ambiance felt slightly unrefined. Parking was free, but this area might not suit those seeking a more polished environment.

They are renovating the hotel, although the room I was in was clearly renovated, the room standard definitely below what it was being advertised as. Final day there was an incredibly bad smell coming through the air conditioning, probably due to renovating which made me to keep the windows open at -5c throughtout the night. Free internet was as slow as a snail. Breakfast was free but quite low in quality, stale breads, not even a toaster available etc.

The rooms are fantastic, easily accesable for the ports and harbours.
Staff were rude, refused to believe we had a booking, then blamed other staff for getting my booking wrong then still wouldn't give me a room till i proved on e-mail my booking. Breakfast was terrible with all food old and stale. Pastries over a day old, mouldy bread and stale bread and cheeses, awful.

A Wonderful Stay with Convenient Access
The free parking was a huge plus, and the clean twin room with a balcony was lovely. Just be mindful of the mattress differences if you prefer firm support. Jump on the tram for easy city access!

There was a soft bed that I appreciated in the twin room. Marvellous location far away from the city centre was a plus.
Their staff were unattentive.
